On Wednesday February 20th, the Pest Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago (PMATT) hosted the second in its Lunch and Learn series ‘Selling Fundamentals’, with Introduction to Pest Management Sales Part 2, from 12 noon to 2:30 pm at The Chancellor Hotel in St. Ann’s.
Its Guest Speaker, Professor Christopher K. Starr, leading expert and authority on entomology, opened the programme with an Introduction to Social Insects: Who are the social insects? What sets termites apart? Why is pesticide resistance virtually absent from social insects?
PMATT introduced the first in its Lunch and Learn series on January 2019 - Introduction to Pest Management Sales Part 1. Its Sales Training is being facilitated by Victor Goden, a Sales Manager with twenty years’ experience who has successfully led sales teams and facilitated the training of local and regional Sales Representatives within the Pest Management industry.
Introduction to Pest Management Sales Part 2 introduced the customer retention strategy of building and nurturing mutually beneficial, win-win, long-term relationships focused on Customer Service Excellence. Participants were introduced to an understanding of the issues, pest management strategies, and toolkit of resources that are needed to establish a connection with your customer so that you can explore and understand his true needs and be able to provide the appropriate solution.
